These terms govern access to TopAgent and the purchase of leaderboard placement.

The service
TopAgent publishes a global leaderboard of professionals. Placement is ordered by settled bid according to the marketplace rules; it does not represent an endorsement or professional assessment.
Your account and listing
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping submitted information accurate. You confirm that you have the right to use the name, copy, image, and destination in your listing.
Payments and position
Payments are one-time charges processed by Stripe. Position is calculated after payment settles and can change whenever another listing's settled total changes. A rank preview is informational and is not a reservation.
Refunds
Refunds are considered where required by law or agreed by TopAgent. Any refunded amount is removed from the listing's paid total, which can lower or remove its position.
Moderation
TopAgent may reject, suspend, or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, unsafe, technically harmful, or infringes another person's rights.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, TopAgent is not responsible for decisions, advice, transactions, or disputes between visitors and listed professionals.
