This notice explains the information TopAgent uses to operate accounts, payments, listings, and public analytics.

Information we use
We use account identity and email information supplied through WorkOS, listing content you submit, settled bid and payment references, and operational security records. Stripe processes payment details; TopAgent does not store full card numbers.
Public information
Your listing name, title, description, destination, category, location, paid total, rank, and profile-visit count are intended to be public.
Service providers
TopAgent uses WorkOS for authentication, Convex for application data, Stripe for payments, DataFast for website analytics, and its hosting providers to deliver the service.
Analytics
DataFast measures aggregate visitors and outbound profile visits. Profile-visit events use a permanent listing identifier and placement label, not payment details.
Retention and choices
Records are kept for as long as needed to operate the leaderboard, maintain payment and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request account or listing assistance through the creator link in the site footer.
