How ranking works
TopAgent is a transparent paid-placement leaderboard for human professionals and advisers.

Ranking
Listings are ordered by their settled total bid in US dollars. The highest settled bid holds rank #1. When two listings have the same total bid, the listing that reached that amount first stays ahead.
Payments
A new listing pays its selected total bid. An existing listing pays only the increase between its current total and its new total. A listing becomes public, or moves rank, only after Stripe confirms payment.
Rank previews
A projected rank reflects the leaderboard at that moment. Other settled payments can change the board before your payment completes, so a preview is not a reserved or guaranteed position.
Refunds and disputes
A refunded amount is removed from the listing's paid total and its rank is recalculated. A payment dispute can suspend the associated listing while it is reviewed.
Placement is not endorsement
Rank reflects paid placement, not professional quality, licensing, accreditation, suitability, or an endorsement by TopAgent. Visitors must assess professionals independently.
Listings
You must control or be authorised to promote the submitted identity and destination. Misleading, unlawful, impersonating, malicious, or unsafe listings may be removed or suspended.
